FARM MAPPING
Naki Map can provide farmers with a detailed paddock plan. This paddock plan can be produced as an A4 tear off map (see map samples for an example). The paddock plan can easily be scaled up to a larger map. Paper size A1 is a common size for the larger map. To compliment the paddock plan another map can be produced by adding in an aerial photo.
Farm Paddock Plans are ideal for:
-
Location of farm hazards.
-
Fertilizer contractor paddock identification.
-
Stock rotation planning

ABOUT NAKI MAP
Naki Map was established as a GIS service for farmers and forestry managers to benefit from. The use of GIS, (Geographical Information Systems) technology in these two industries, will aid in farm and forestry management. However Naki Map can offer GIS services for other Industries.
My name is Andrew Hare, founder of Naki Map. I have spent 25 yrs in the field of GIS. Mostly with local government, but also in the private sector working with farmers, forestry managers, and community groups. I have also worked on a number of Meridian Energy Projects, a couple being wind farm mapping and fibre optic cable mapping.
I have spent the majority of my life in the South Island. My parents owned a high country farm in the Hakataramea Valley, Sth Canterbury. In 2013, my family and I, relocated to Stratford, Taranaki.
